Everglades National Park is a paradise for bird watchers and wildlife photographers. There are many kinds
of exotic and endangered wildlife such as alligators, manatees, and the Florida panther. It is also home
to over 300 species of birds. As the largest subtropical wilderness in the country, Everglades National
Park consists of marshes and wetlands, cypress trees, mangroves, and hardwood hammocks. The best photography
can be found away from tourist areas and venturing off the beaten path into more remote places. Keep in mind
that photographing wildlife in their natural habitat takes a considerable amount of patience.
