Replacement Guarantee: I ship a great many prints each year without problems. I will replace at no charge any print damaged in transit. No questions asked, just return the artwork to me and I will ship you a new piece right away.

Lifetime Fade Free Warranty: My museum-grade prints, using archival papers and inks, are expected to last at least a century. All artwork comes with my exclusive Fade Free Warranty designed to protect your investment: if your artwork was to fade I will replace it at no charge for as long as you own it. No questions asked, just return the artwork to me and I will ship you a new piece right away.

Requests for returns due to shipping damage must be made within one (1) week of receiving your order. Prints are packed carefully, but photographs and frames are delicate, and accidents may happen. Please inspect your order soon after it arrives and let me know right away about any damage that occurred in shipment. Be sure to handle your print carefully, and avoid overly rubbing the surface.

Returns not made in compliance with this procedure will not obligate Contemporary Art of Sandra Reff in any way. Once I have confirmed the damage, I will resend your shipment or refund the cost of your order, the choice is yours.
